Ingredients
- Beef
- Mustard
- Pickle
- Onion
- 1 teaspoon wheat starch
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- 1 cup broth
Preparation
- To make meat rolls, get beef that you can roll and pound it well to thin the meat.
- Spread mustard on the meat, add chopped onion and pickle, and roll it up.
- (As in the picture on the plate) It will be rolled and tied before frying. It can be tied with string.
- After the meat is lightly browned, starch will be added and after lightly browning, one cup of broth will be added on top and it will be cooked with the lid closed until the liquid is absorbed.
- There are ready-made broths or similar products for this, I don't use them.
- Those who wish can add tomato paste.
- It can be served with cabbage, potato salad, pasta, or rice pilaf on the side.
