Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients: 100g cocoa, 100g powdered sugar, 100ml water, 60g unsalted butter or margarine, 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Water, sugar, and lemon juice are boiled together. The hot syrup is poured little by little over the sifted cocoa, stirring continuously until finished. Softened butter or margarine is added and stirred until melted.

The glaze is added to the cake without cooling. If the cake has whipped cream, wait for it to cool slightly. To harden the glaze, the cake is placed in the refrigerator.

Lemon Glaze

Ingredients: Juice of 2 lemons, 1.5 tea glasses of powdered sugar, 1 finely grated lemon zest (enough for one cake)

All ingredients are mixed with a fork or mixer, poured over the warm cake, and left to cool. If you want the glaze to be thick on your muffins, cook and use it by mixing in a piece of butter.
