Nettle Tea

It is necessary to drink one glass of nettle water on an empty stomach in the morning and evening for 14 days. Fresh nettle is more effective. 3-4 nettle stalks are washed and used together. Note

Do not use the herbs together. They should be used by changing them periodically. They should not be used together with cholesterol and blood pressure lowering medications. Nettle is not used during chemotherapy and cancer.
