Ingredients

  • 1 kg small fresh potatoes
  • Yogurt
  • Garlic
  • Parsley or dill
  • Thin-stemmed green onions
  • Olive oil
  • Spices (as desired)

Preparation

The potato skins are brushed and left in vinegar water for a while. The oven, preheated to 200°C, is reduced to 160°C and the potatoes are cooked for 45 minutes. They are served topped with yogurt, garlic, parsley or dill, thin-stemmed green onions, and a bit of olive oil.

It is like medicine for bone loss and growth; beneficial for rheumatic diseases and joint health; it is indispensable during menopause. It can be chosen for tea time or as a side dish with meals.
