Meditation and breathing exercises are highly beneficial methods for our overall health. Even if you do breathwork and exercise, if the energies of the chakras are not balanced; it is not possible to get rid of pain, depression, lying, and addictions. Everything in balance is beautiful. The energies must also be balanced in the body. Young children achieve this balance by spinning. Because adults do not do it, the energies accumulate behind the rib cage or in the 6th chakra and cause illnesses. For this, there are two basic movements.

1. Spinning Movement

Spinning is very beneficial; dance also falls into this group. However, as age increases, balance is lost, so not everyone can do it. Young people and those who do not feel nauseous can start with one turn per day. This movement provides harmony with the flow of life and events.

2. Forward Bending Movement

The second is a simple method also used to balance the energies of the mother and baby in pregnant women. Pregnant women should do it without bending forward too much. Doing this movement frequently during the day balances the energies; it should also be applied before meditation and exercise.

Doing push-ups is also an energy balancing method; it is especially beneficial for women's back pain and tension pain. The arms should be tried to be raised fully upwards, and the body should be bent forward in a straight line. It may cause some pain in the first days. It should not be done during a headache. Those with high blood pressure should first get used to it by bending slightly and then try the full bend.

I have both a diploma and a medal on energies; through translation, I am closely familiar with the methods used. I am sharing the beneficial ones with you — what I describe here are generally methods also used in hospitals.
