It is possible to find dates in the winter season; they are important for dieters and vegetarians because they contain vitamin B12, and together with other B vitamins, they have a facilitating effect on learning. The reason I chose arugula is that its nitrate content helps oxygenate the brain. Walnuts are calming to the nerves and are a good source of manganese. Red beet is blood-building and supports the brain's oxygen needs.
You can also use different fruits like pineapple. You can also add sunflower seeds instead of pumpkin seeds. Cheese would also be a delicious addition. Add the lemon and olive oil when you start eating; adding them beforehand can cause vitamin loss.
I recommend you prepare the salad yourself. It provides a change of pace, and using knives and tools, peeling fruit is attention-enhancing.
