A plate of yogurt, black seed oil, garlic, and onion carrot salad per day is highly beneficial with its valuable vitamins and minerals for all hair, skin, and nail problems. Carrot salad contains the vitamins, minerals, and beta-carotene that hair needs. This salad, thanks to the black seed oil, prevents both hair loss and graying.
Consuming yogurt mixed with black seed oil stops graying; it contributes to health without harming weight issues or the stomach. Beta-carotene and Vitamin A can be absorbed by the body through fats. Vitamin A is beneficial for hair health and skin renewal. Garlic and yogurt are also very beneficial for hair. Black pepper disinfects the hair and blood; its tablets are also sold. Mint absolutely must not be added.
Ingredients (For 1 Person)
- 2 carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- Approximately 1 cup of yogurt
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- A little less than 1 teaspoon cold-pressed black seed oil
- Salt and some black pepper (optional)
Preparation
Scrape the carrot skins and grate them with the coarse side (you can also process them in a food processor). Take the olive oil into a pot; add the finely chopped onion and lightly sauté until pinkish. Add the carrot and cook over medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Add salt and let it cool.
Take the yogurt into a small bowl; add the garlic crushed in a wooden mortar, black seed oil, and the cooked carrots, and mix. If you are not a stomach patient, sprinkle black pepper on top. Ginger is also very healthy; you can add it.
Course Duration and Points to Note
It should be consumed for at least 14 days. It can be eaten with meals. During the course, excessively fatty foods, carbonated drinks, and alcohol should not be consumed. Do not neglect to do it periodically after the course as well.
Note: Excessive Vitamin A intake can also cause hair loss.
