The problem of heel collapse is frequently seen in individuals who start walking early and are overweight. In flat foot treatment, annoying insoles are usually recommended to be placed inside shoes, and it's said "there's no other solution." However, there are two very simple methods.
Ballerina Walk and Rolling Pin
Fifteen minutes of ballerina walk (walking on the tips of the toes) and 15 minutes of rolling a pin daily quickly alleviates the problem. For children, a half-liter plastic bottle filled with water can be used instead of a rolling pin; for adults, a one-and-a-half-liter bottle can be used. The bottle should not be filled to the brim; it should be placed under the foot and rolled. Over time, an arch forms in the sole, and the pains disappear in a short time. The same method can be applied for the problem of heel collapse.
Those who have practiced ballet for many years have a perfect foot arch. I have recommended this method to all my acquaintances for years; I recommend it to everyone.
