The German doctor from whom I got this information wrote that you can determine your own diet provided it is healthy and balanced, and suggested removing from your list foods that cause you bloating, harm you, or that you have personal allergies to.
Meals will be prepared fresh and will not be cooked in a pressure cooker or microwave oven.

- Cumin and fennel will be used in meals and during bloating periods due to their stomach-soothing effect.
- One egg per day, for choline-inositol needs.

- Probiotic foods, kefir, ayran, yogurt.
- All spices that do not upset your stomach are permitted.

Meal Schedule
At least five meals should be eaten per day, meals should be light and chewed in a way that does not cause gas.
One vitamin per day is recommended. If you can break it, half in the morning, half at noon. For those who cannot break it, children's vitamins are recommended, not chewable tablets, not sour and without additives.
Horsetail herb tea, two cups per day for joint health.
Regular stool test every day. After each major bowel movement, check the stool for undigested food to test if the foods are beneficial for you.
