It is possible to prepare Brussels sprouts as a side dish for all meat dishes, Christmas turkey, and meatballs. The meat in the picture is venison.

The vegetable's vitamins are important; it should be boiled in a small amount of boiling water. After boiling, it is lightly sautéed in butter; luxury hotels also add nutmeg and a pinch of sugar.
