Gooseberry — Stachelbeere — Gooseberry
I constantly hear about gooseberries; it's actually a very familiar fruit. It's widely used in Europe. Its juices are sold; I didn't like it as a child because it was sour. It's used in sweet and fresh pastries. Its benefits for hair are written about, but its natural silica mineral and cellulose content are not written about much; I found these from its pharmacological properties. Indian Recipe for White Hair
Indians have several formulas for white hair; let me give you the easy one.
Mix gooseberry (also known as Amla) with coconut oil and apply it regularly to your scalp; it will show miraculous results and turn gray hair black. Boil a few dried Amlas with coconut oil until they turn black; the resulting oil will prevent gray hair.
A handful of fruit and 7-8 cloves will be boiled in 1 cup of water; add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, boil a little longer, then let it sit overnight and apply to hair. Walnut leaf and henna can also be added to this liquid.
Eating ripe and purple-colored gooseberries is more beneficial for hair. It is also sold in the market as Amla oil.
