  • Chestnut honey is recommended in psoriasis as an immunity booster. Chestnut honey should be preferred in the morning on an empty stomach. After eating chestnut honey, never eat or drink anything. Hot drinks are not consumed with chestnut honey. Honey should not be preferred at breakfast. The amount is one teaspoon or dessert spoon. It is heavy for small children. Not recommended for high blood pressure patients.
  • Nutrition with plenty of fibrous and whole grain foods is recommended.
