Varicose veins refer to the elongation and enlargement of veins. This condition can occur in any vein in the body. However, it is more commonly seen in the legs due to prolonged standing, pregnancy, smoking and alcohol use, hormonal changes, and aging. Varicose veins particularly increase in winter due to inactivity. Crossing legs obstructs blood circulation. The cause of varicose veins is improper heart and vascular health. Foods containing Omega 3 oil are beneficial for varicose veins.
To Protect Heart and Vascular Health
To protect heart and vascular health, I am sharing a formula beneficial for all vessels, including capillaries. Tuna contains a large amount of selenium and DHA; it protects the cardiovascular system, regulates sleep, slows aging, strengthens memory, improves eyesight, and reduces stress.
How to Prepare the Tuna Cure?
One medium can of tuna (grilled tuna is preferable), one dry onion, one tomato, 7-8 sprigs of parsley and arugula are mixed. This mixture is eaten every day for one month, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. For those who work, it can also be a dinner menu. This should be done as a cure; nothing else should be eaten alongside it, and nothing should be drunk except water.
Note: There is corn in the picture but not in the recipe. This recipe was recommended to a relative of mine by a cardiovascular diseases specialist.
For varicose veins, boiling hazelnut leaves and applying them to the varicose area is a method used since ancient times.
Plants effective for varicose veins are horsetail and lavender. Lavender is a vasodilator and widens blood vessels. Long-term use of herbs is not advisable. A maximum of 42 days is recommended.
For the varicose appearance, massage with a mixture of rosemary and sunflower oil (40 ml each) with 10 drops of onion, 10 drops of garlic, and 20 drops of lemon oil. You cannot prevent varicose veins just by applying things; varicose vein treatment is a comprehensive treatment. You probably also know that apple cider vinegar should be wrapped externally on the varicose area when necessary.
