Wheat juice protects against cancer. In Central Asia, our ancestors' most valuable beverage is cancer-protective. Wheat juice is among the top foods that prevent cancer. In the Hunza Principality in Pakistan, where people eat wheatgrass and drink wheat juice, there are reportedly no cancer deaths. The Hunza people eat bitter almonds and apricot kernels, drink wheat juice, and do not get cancer.
Wheatgrass contains abundant chlorophyll, about 100 vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Fresh wheatgrass contains 60 times more vitamin C than the same weight of oranges and 8 times more iron than the same weight of spinach. Another characteristic of wheat is that it contains substances that neutralize toxins in the blood. Wheatgrass, full of liquid oxygen, contains laetrile, vitamin B17, nature's most powerful anti-cancer agent. 100 grams of wheat germ oil contains 174 mg of vitamin E.
You can produce wheatgrass at home by planting wheat grains in a pot. Anyone who wishes can also make wheat juice at home.
Recipe:
- First, wash one cup of wheat for ashure thoroughly and place it in a one-liter glass jar.
- Add 3 cups of non-chlorinated drinking water over it.
- Cover the mouth of the jar with a cheesecloth and let it sit in a cool place for 24 hours.
- This first water is not used; it is discarded.
- Add 3 cups of fresh water to the jar again.
- After letting it sit for 24 hours, transfer the resulting semi-carbonated water to a container for drinking.
Some sources recommend adding vitamin C supplements, but vitamin supplements are themselves carcinogenic. It should be consumed plain and on an empty stomach half an hour before meals. If you are not a cancer patient, it can be used periodically. It is said that cancer patients must drink it for at least 6 months. Consult your specialist doctor before use. Those undergoing cancer treatment must consult before using. It is claimed to be beneficial.
