Homeopathy is a healing method that activates the body's own healing power. This scientific system, developed about 200 years ago in Germany by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann and spread worldwide, aims to help the body heal itself naturally. Homeopathy can be used for the vast majority of illnesses that do not require surgical intervention. It usually heals; what it cannot heal, it certainly does not harm.

The fundamental law of homeopathy is "like cures like," that is, the Latin principle Similia similibus currentur. Accordingly, if any substance produces symptoms of illness in a healthy person, a patient showing the same symptoms can be treated with that substance. In homeopathic treatment, preparations specially prepared according to these principles are used.
